Soft tin loaf made from a mixture of Rye and Wheat flour. With linseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, oats and extra bran. Super healthy, super delicious.
How it’s made: Natural sourdough levain (flour and water), we do not use commercial yeast.
Fermentation time: ~18 Hours
Ingredients: Bakers Flour (wheat), Organic Rye Flour, wholegrain flour (wheat), Water, Oats, Linseeds, Sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds, Iodised Sea Salt [anti-caking agent (535)]
